Okay I don't fully believe this guy (Svr3nge). He is after all a flat earther, and his justification for a lot of the stuff is "You are an idiot if don't believe this way".
But I can agree that sugars and grains should not be considered the most important thing in our diet. The "Oh my glorious cocoa puffs you sustain me for ever" is not a good health practice for anyone.
His talk about milk curing austism (as funny that sounds) might be true. My mom said when ever I hurt I chugged milk. It still is a way for me to deal with pain.
God's word even denounces this vegan lifestyle. Even though we were vegitarians at point. (In the garden of eden.) After the flood God has allowed us to partake in meat.
In 1st Timothy, God speaking through Paul, Warns that this is a problem for the latter of days.
1 Timothy 4:1-5 "1.Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
2. Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
3. Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.
4. For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving:
5. For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer."
Lies in hypocrisy. We should be thankful for meat, for it is from God.
I also liked how he flipped fruit and vetables around. Papya, and Kiwis are rich in vitamin C compared to everything else. The sun is definately something we don't get enough of.
That's Vitamin D. All these blasted sunscreen commercials. You are going get skin damage or CANNNNNNCERRRR! When in all honestly we have lived in sunlight for years.
Sunlight was made by God. As for that sunscreen that is man-made. I think there might be something going on there. You may call it a far fetched hunch, but human beings
have shown time and time again; That if we think we can fix God. It often is what destroys us.
I do have some questions on the scottish dish haggis. You know the geneius idea that boiling a lamb's internal organs is a cultery dish for the non-english english.
What about the Irish and their potatos? They lived on that stuff!
